Aaand that’s a wrap on this chapter! Sorry for the radio silence, I’ve spent most of the past couple weeks trying to grapple my anxiety into submission by spending most of the time I am not homeschooling in Animal Crossing, doing Time Crimes. So let’s jump right into what you’re all probably wondering re: future pages of this comic:
I want to start off by saying that I am very much not a fan of how, every time I make a poll to gather info to base decisions on, that info becomes functionally useless in the face of what’s actually going on in my life. I’m honestly not ready to make the decision on whether to just update whenever in full colour, or to try and get as many uncoloured pages out as I can as often as I can–and I don’t think I will be ready until I am actually sitting down to draw these pages. There are a number of things that need to get done before I can start in on them, and right now I’m semi-stuck on the fact that this next chapter introduces several important characters at The Hub and I want to get their designs down before I thumbnail anything. I’ve been working on those when I can over the last week, but I’m not super happy with any of those designs. I’ll likely post them up here as previews as I find usable ones, and as soon as they’re done, I can start in on thumbnails and Cory can finalize a rough script for them.
Either way, there are, at the very least, going to be a couple weeks wherein if there are updates, they’ll be previews of what I’m working on rather than actual pages. Thanks for sticking with us in these weird and scary times!
